Q. Where can I change my user name within VI-Alert?

A. This option allows the user the ability to change first name, last name and/or primary email address (login name).

Select the My Account Settings Link
Select the Change My Name button
Enter required changes
Select the Submit button

Q. Where can I change my password or challenge question witin VI-Alert?

A. These options allow the user the ability to change the password and/or the challenge question and response.

To change your Password:
Enter old (current) password
Enter new password to confirm

To change your Challenge Question:
Using the drop down arrow, select a new challenge question
Enter a new response

Q. Where can I Unsubscribe to VI-Alert?

A. This option completely unsubscribes the user from VI-Alert. Changes are effective immediately. You can re-subscribe at any time and will have to be re-verified prior to receiving any notifications.

To unsubscribe:

• Select the My Account Settings link.
• Select the Unsubscribe button.
• Select the Unsubscribe button again to completely unsubscribe.
